🏡 General Conduct

Respect fellow guests, staff, and the local community at all times.
Keep noise levels low, especially in shared spaces.
Any form of abusive, aggressive, or discriminatory behavior will not be tolerated.

⏰ Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please avoid loud music, phone calls, or gatherings during this time.

🚭 Smoking, Alcohol & Substances

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms and indoor common areas.
Use only designated smoking areas.
Alcohol consumption is allowed only in permitted areas and must be responsible.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violation may lead to immediate eviction.

🛏️ Rooms & Shared Spaces

Keep your room and common areas clean and organized.
No footwear (sandals/shoes) is allowed inside the house.
Do not move furniture between rooms or common areas.
Please switch off lights, fans, and AC when not in use.
Personal belongings should be kept secure; Haust is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

🧳 Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out is chargeable and subject to availability.

👥 Visitors Policy

Outside visitors are not allowed inside rooms.
Visitors in common areas must be informed to the host/staff in advance.
Overnight stays for non-registered guests are not permitted.

🔐 Safety & Security

Always lock your room when you step out.
Do not share your room key/access with others.
In case of emergency, inform the staff immediately.

🌱 Sustainability & Community Living

Conserve water and electricity.
Dispose of waste responsibly and use bins provided.
Food is not allowed inside rooms. Please use only designated dining/common areas.
Be mindful that Haust is a shared space – kindness goes a long way.

📜 Damage, Loss & Liability

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
Haust is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during the stay.
Any damage to Haust property will be charged to the guest responsible.
Haust reserves the right to charge for missing items or excessive cleaning.

🚫 Management Rights

Haust reserves the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave if rules are violated.
No refunds will be provided in such cases.
